Confirmed platform structure
Accounts and data
Parent accounts use an email and hashed password. Child profiles require neither their own email nor a legal name. Age group, encrypted PIN, learning progress, interests and voluntarily saved work may be processed.
Children's privacy
Registration is completed by a parent or guardian. Private buddy chats are not shown to parents. Certain simulations and check-ins remain in the browser. Children are not subject to ad profiles, rankings or streaks.
Service providers
The current notice identifies Vercel, Supabase in an EU region, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Stripe, Resend, Sentry in an EU region, Upstash in an EU region and selected content infrastructure.
AI processing
OpenAI supports defined text, image and learning features; ElevenLabs supports selected audio functions. AI does not replace medical, psychological, legal or educational professional advice.
Payments
Stripe processes payments as an independent controller. FutureHumanKids does not store full card or bank details, only status information needed for membership.
Retention
Accounts remain until deletion, subject to a short recovery period. Buddy chats are regularly deleted after approximately 30 days. Legal retention duties may apply to payment records.
